I build fast, reliable web products, front end to back end.
I'm Sajib Hawee, a senior full-stack engineer with 8+ years across
React, TypeScript and Node.js. I build features from the interface to the API, and lead the
migrations, performance work and testing that let product teams ship faster, currently for a
US SaaS company. I use Claude and Claude Code as everyday engineering partners.

What changes when I join a team
-
40%
faster local builds
Led the Webpack to Vite migration at MonetizeNow.
-
30%
fewer regression defects
Grew Jest and Playwright coverage by 60%.
-
75%
fewer network requests
Reworked component and API patterns at ShopUp.
-
35%
less cash leakage
Validation-heavy fintech flows that caught errors early.
How I work
I fix the problems that quietly slow a team down: slow builds, tangled codebases, flaky tests
and pages that make too many requests. At MonetizeNow that meant moving the product to an Nx
monorepo, which made builds 25% faster and releases 30% more efficient, and then from Webpack to
Vite.
I work across the stack. At MonetizeNow I own the supporting Express services alongside the
React frontend, and I debug the backend and infrastructure issues in between, from Amazon Aurora
and Auth0 to CORS. I also build Node.js services with NestJS, set up CI/CD pipelines on GitLab
and Bitbucket, and automate deployments to AWS.
I treat AI as an engineering partner, not an autopilot. I use Claude to debug, to plan upgrades
across our React and TypeScript monorepo, and to reason through how billing and quoting features
should behave, and I write structured prompts that drive Claude Code through code changes. I
start from the real situation, correct the model when it misreads, and steer it to a decision.
I care about the people using the product too. I build accessible interfaces to WCAG 2.1, and
I've built shared design system components used across teams.
I've worked remotely with American teams for years. I work closely with designers, product and
backend engineers, and mentor junior developers.

Who is Sajib Hawee?
Sajib Hawee is a senior full-stack engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, who has worked with React and TypeScript since 2018. The current role is at MonetizeNow, a US SaaS company, building billing and quoting features across the React frontend and the Express services behind it.
What products has Sajib Hawee built?
At work: billing and quoting features at MonetizeNow, internal fintech tools for ShopUp's operational and financial workflows, a cross-team design system and an e-signature flow at SELISE, and dashboards and offline-capable point-of-sale systems at iQuantile. On the side: Guiddance, which walks new users through a product step by step; FlowWork, a real-time app where any chat message can become a task on a Kanban board; and a typing speed test.
What is Sajib Hawee's experience with React and TypeScript?
Since 2018, across four quite different products: point-of-sale dashboards, a shared design system, fintech tools and a US SaaS platform. The recent work has been at the scale of the whole codebase: moving a product into an Nx monorepo, replacing Webpack with Vite, and keeping a large React and TypeScript codebase easy for a team to change. Next.js, Redux and accessible UI built to WCAG 2.1 are part of the toolkit too.
How does Sajib Hawee approach performance and testing?
Performance means two things: how fast the product feels and how fast the team can ship it. At ShopUp, reworking how components called the API removed 75% of unnecessary network requests. At MonetizeNow, replacing Webpack with Vite made local builds 40% faster. Testing keeps that pace safe: growing Jest and Playwright coverage by 60% cut regression defects by 30%.
How does Sajib Hawee use AI in software engineering?
As an engineering partner rather than an autopilot. At MonetizeNow, Claude is part of debugging, planning upgrades across the monorepo, working through backend issues with Amazon Aurora, Auth0 and CORS, and reasoning about how billing and quoting features should behave. Code changes go through Claude Code, driven by structured prompts Sajib writes. The approach is to start from the real situation, correct the model when it misreads, and steer toward a decision.
Is Sajib Hawee available for remote work or relocation?
Both. Sajib has worked remotely with American teams for years, including in the current role, and is open to relocating. LinkedIn is the best place to start a conversation.
